Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping varies depending on location and weight/ or amount of each order. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: Orders are received and processed 24 to 72 hours after drop. We use USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Turn around time for processing and shipping is 3- 28 days. Mystery Tees will not ship till after the 24th of each month. Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales and holidays, orders may take longer to process.

Q: I have not received my order. Where is it?

A:  Once your order has been processed and shipped an email will be sent with tracking information that can provide the current location of the package. 

Q: My tracking information says my package was delivered, but it is not here. Where is my package?

A: Once a package leaves our possession, it is in the hand of the carrier (USPS). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number directly. USPS is the carrier, contact the local office. 

Q: What are the returns/exchange policies?

A: See Returns/Exchange Policy for additional information.

Q: How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?

A: Once your package is received, please allow 7-10 days for the return to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email detailing the refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

Q. Why am I unable to get ahold of someone via social media?

A: Due to growth in business we have switched our way of communication about returns and exchanges via email only. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy section. 

Q. What sizes are offered for your shop and how do they run?

A: We offer sizes SMALL- 3XXL (INVENTORY VARIES).

  • Tees, Hoodies, and Sweaters are unisex and fit true to size.
  • Boyfriend tees are women fit and run slightly bigger. 
  • Joggers/Sweats are a men’s fit. 
  • Boutique are women’s fit and run true to size. 
  • Athletics are true to size fit.
